We were waiting tables at Mastro's and we knew little to nothing about Latin cuisine. But we threw caution to the wind and went all in on this small sq ft.

The first years were very lean with a much smaller footprint. Nearly 12 years later, Fuego has evolved into an "In The Know" restaurant here in the Midtown dining scene. We are so fortunate for all the support of thousands of patrons over the last decade to make the little spot a real local gem. We are also proud of our killer staff that make the restaurant possible.
